Pskov City Info
Pskov is an ancient Russian city located in the north-west of Russia close to Estonian border, on the Velikaya River. It is the capital of Pskov region. The region occupies an area of 21,350 square miles (55,300 square km) in the lowland basins of the Lovat, Shelon, and Velikaya Rivers. It borders Estonia, Belarus and Latvia and is larger than Denmark or Switzerland and as large as Estonia. Pskov region is divided into twenty four administrative districts. The population is over 8,000,000 people.
